Welcome to SanityPress! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of SanityPress license keys. By purchasing or using a license key, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Usage🔗

  • Each SanityPress license key grants you the right to use SanityPress on one (1) instance of a SanityPress project.
  • You may not use a single license key on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Transferring or sharing license keys is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by us.
  • Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your license without a refund.

2. Subscription and Billing🔗

  • The license key is sold on a subscription basis at $10 per month.
  • Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.

3. Refund Policy🔗

  • You can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
  • If you experience technical issues preventing you from using SanityPress, contact us for support before requesting a refund.

4. Updates and Support🔗

  • A valid license includes access to software updates and support.
  • We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
  • Support is provided via reporting issues to the GitHub repo.

5. Intellectual Property🔗

  • SanityPress and all related materials are the intellectual property of nuotsu / Mitchell Christ.
  • Purchasing a license does not grant you ownership of the software, only the right to use it as permitted.

6. Termination🔗

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you must cease using the license key immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties🔗

  • SanityPress is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of our software.

8. Changes to These Terms🔗

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SanityPress after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
